Happy Fourth +1 from beautiful, sunny Bavaria!
We just got back from our summer getaways, and are getting ready to get back into the swing of things. With that said, as much as I love the potential of 75 Hard, it’s just too much for me physically. I just don’t have enough time in the day to properly do the workouts and meal plan, plus run to the bathroom every 10 minutes. So I will be kicking off today, Tuesday July 5th, with the following focus’:
- Water Intake – 1 Gallon / day
- 8k Steps / day
- Log all Food consumed
This should help me get in motion and bump up my water intake to where it needs to be, ultimately allowing me to ease back into 75 medium in the near future!

I’m glad you tried it! I read more into the 75 Hard after your last post but I just felt like it was too much for me physically and also time consuming. I do like your updated idea of 75 Medium! Are you logging your food to count macros? If so, I use this app called LifeSum but I’m sure there are other good ones. Good luck!
